信息技术的发展和应用使得信息技术专业人员角色压力问题日益突出,并对其心理、生理和行为都产生了不良的影响。本文采用实证研究方法,分析了授权与沟通这两个组织环境因素对信息技术员工角色压力的影响,并根据研究结论得出了一些缓解角色压力的管理启示。     

Progressive stress accelerated life tests under finite mixture models

In this paper, progressive stress accelerated life tests are considered when the lifetime of a product under use condition follows a finite mixture of distributions. The experiment is performed when each of the components in the mixture follows a general class of distributions which includes, among others, the Weibull, compound Weibull, power function, Gompertz and compound Gompertz distributions. It is assumed that the scale parameter of each component satisfies the inverse power low, the progressive stress is directly proportional to time and the cumulative exposure model for the effect of changing stress holds. Based on type-I censoring, the maximum likelihood estimates (MLEs) of the parameters under consideration are obtained. A special attention is paid to a mixture of two Rayleigh components. Simulation results are carried out to study the precision of the MLEs and to obtain confidence intervals for the parameters involved.

Hypocrisy pay

Emotional labor—putting on an act asrequired explicitly orimplicitly in work situations-is very often psychologically, emotionally, and mentally damaging to most employees. As for soldiers in wartime who receive combat pay, it is suggested that such employees be specially compensated for their emotional labor with hypocrisy pay. Another solution is to select only those who are immune to such stress for jobs involving emotional labor—an ideal that probably cannot be achieved in all cases. Another assessment is that such special compensation is unwarranted.     

基底冲刷对桥墩安全性影响研究

文章研究了冲刷造成桥墩倾覆和其他所有可能的破坏,针对湖南资水大桥实例,对可能的冲刷破坏进行了分析和研究,用数值积分法计算了基底冲刷对基础检算各项目的影响,包括冲刷对倾覆稳定性、墩顶弹性水平位移和基底压应力的影响3个基本部分,最终得出基底冲刷对桥墩安全性的影响。     

湖南工业化进程的生态环境压力趋势分析

随着人类经济活动，尤其是工业的加速发展，资源能源的利用和环境污染对生态环境这一人类赖以生存和发展的基础产生了越来越大的压力。基于湖南经济发展中工业化进程的加快对生态环境的压力加大这一状况，现利用生态环境压力指数法（ESl）对生态环境所造成的压力作趋势分析。结果表明，湖南自1999年至今，随着大力推进工业化进程，资源能源压力及环境污染压力均明显加大。故走生态工业化道路、建设节约型社会是唯一出路。     

员工职业生涯规划主动性研究

本研究在理论分析的基础上,探讨了员工的职业生涯规划主动性及其影响作用。通过问卷调查 法对企业员工的职业生涯规划相关问题进行实证研究的结果表明,员工若对其个人的职业生涯规划有良好 的了解和认识,职业生涯规划的主动性就强,进而能够减少他们从工作中感受到的压力,增加个人信心,并为 组织的柔性发展创造有利的条件。     

铸铁的脆性分析

本文通过灰口铸铁的拉抻实验、压缩实验、扭转实验,用材料力学的分析方法,对灰口铸铁的极限应力,即拉伸极限应力σ_L,压缩极限应力σ_y 以及剪切极限应力τ的比较,得出脆性材料灰口铸铁的脆性特征为σ_L<τ<σ_y。     

Effect of the Actual Size Rule Under Market Stress

We examine the introduction of the Actual Size Rule (ASR) on Nasdaq during a control period and a period of market stress. We find that market makers in both ASR and Non-ASR stocks reduce quotation sizes and widen spreads when under stress but the reduction of quotation size and increase in spread width are significantly larger for ASR stocks. We also examine October 27, when the market was under the most severe stress. We find ASR and Non-ASR stocks have similar reductions in time-weighted quotation ask size when compared with the control sample but ASR bid sizes are about 10% smaller than Non-ASR bid sizes. Our findings imply that the ASR rule may significantly reduce market quality under times of market stress. JEL Classification: 14, G15, G18
